Obituary of Louis Fellion, Sr.
County's Oldest Resident Dies
Louis Fellion, for 57 years a resident of Stephenson
township, was claimed by death Wed. evening about ten o'clock
at the farm home of his son Louis Fellion, Jr. , east of Stepenson.
He was born in Canada 96 years ago and has been
in failing health the past month. The survivors are two
daughters, Mrs. Joseph Bedore of Green Bay and Mrs. Joseph
Foley of Stephenson, three sons, Louis of Stephenson, John
of Iron Mountain, and George of Newberry, 30 grandchildren,
10 g-grandchildren, and 5 g-g-grandchildren. His wife died
10 years ago.
Funeral services will be held Sat. a.m. at nine
from Precious Blood church. Rev. Jos. Beauchene officiating.
The body was taken to the Larsen Mortuary in Menominee
and will be returned to the home today.

Obituary of Louis Fellion, Jr.
Louis Fellion, 94, died at the Menominee Nursing Home
on Wednesday, March 20. He had been a patient at the nursing
home for a week. Mr. Fellion was born in Quebec Canada in
December 1862. He came to Stephenson with his parents when he
was 10 yrs. old. He married the former Pauline Dame and the couple
have lived in Stephenson township all their lives. She preceded him
in death along with two other sons and one daughter
He is survived by two sons, Henry of Stephenson, Fred of
Pueblo, Colorado,33 grandchildren, 28 g-grandchildren, two
brothers, John of Iron Mountain and George of Newberry.
Final rites will be read at the Diehm Funeral home on
Sat. afternoon at 2 p.m. with Rev. Eric Hammor officiating.
Burial will be in Stephenson Township Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 p.m. Friday
until the funeral hour.

Joseph Fellion Obituary
Joseph Fellion for fifty years a resident of Ingalls,
died on Tuesday afternoon at
4:45 o'clock at his home.
He been ill for the past year and his death is attributed to complications.
Mr. Fellion was born in Bay Settlement, Wis.
51 yrs. ago. came to a Stephenson township farm with his parents when he
was 15 months old, moving to Ingalls about 15 years ago, and
lived in that village continually since that time.
For the past nine years, he had been employed as state trapper at Ingalls.
Nov. 3, 1903 he was married to Matilda Dame, who passed
away three years ago. The survivors are two adopted children, Laviola and Robert, father Louis Fellion, Stephenson and the following brothers and sisters:
Louis Jr. Stephenson, John, Iron Mountain, George,
Escanaba, Mrs. Delia Vedora, Mercer, Wi.
and Mrs. Joseph Foley, Stephenson.
The body was taken to the Larson-Erdlitz Undertaking
Company in Menominee and was taken back to the home in Ingalls
on Thurs. morning at 9 o'clock.
The funeral will be held this morning (Fri.) at 8 o'clock from the home and at 8:30 from the Precious Blood Church
in Stephenson, the rev. Fr. Zimmerman officating. Interment will be made in the Stephenson Cemetery.

Mrs. Joseph Fillion Obituary
Ingalls Woman Dies Suddenly Mrs. Jos. Fillion died suddenly at her home Mon.
at 6:00 o'clock. evening
She had been in poor health for some time, her death came as a shock to her many relatives and friends.
She was a devoted wife and loving ~other to her niece, Laviola Fillion,
and nephew Robert who lost their parents a few years ago and
made their home with Mr. & Mrs. Jo. Fillion.
Mrs. Fillion was born in Stephenson 51 yrs. ago,passed
away on her birthday, Mon. October 4th.
She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, Jos. Fillion, one sister Mrs. Louie
Fillion of Stephenson, four brothers, Chas. , Wm., Adolph of
Ingalls, and Fred name of Peshtigot many relatives and friends.
The funeral was held Wed. morning from the Precious Blood
Church.
Interment was made in the Stephenson Cemetery.
Four nieces of the deceased held charge of the flowers.
Bearing the casket to its final resting place were four brothers,
brother-in-law and nephew, Chas. , Adolphe, Fred, and Wm. Dame,
Louis Fillion, and Alvin Dame.
Out-of-town relatives who attended the funeral were Mrs.
Clem Dame and Mrs. Elmer Simmons of Superior,
Wis. , Miss Stella Dame of Chicago,
Ben Fillion and sister of Wabeno, Mr. and Mrs
Clifford Deacon, and Fred Dame of Peshtigo, and Mrs. Joe Scultz of Marinette.

HARLEY ARTHUR FELLION OBITUARY
HARLEY ARTHUR FELLION of 3024 Hamlin Avenue,
Age 78, passed away at St. Luke’s Memorial
Hospital on Sunday, August 4, 1985. Mr. Fellion was
born in Stephenson, MI, on December 8, 1906, and he
had been a resident of Racine for many years. Mr.
Fellion married the former Emma LaPoint in Racine in 1928. Mr. Fellion was owner and operator of Harleys Auto Body Shop for many years, retiring in 1978. He was a member of St. Paul the Apsotle Catholic
Church. Survivors include his wife, Emma; three sons
and two daughters-in-law, Harley Irvin (Donna) Fellion
of Union Grove, Robert Roland Fellion Racine,
Alfred Gerold (Pat) Fellion Sr. of Racine; nine grandchildren
and eight great-grandchildren; three brothers
and sisters-in-law, Earl (Agnes) Fellion of Ft. Atkinson, Roland (Elda) Fellion of Racine, Robert (Dorothy)
Fellion of Iron Mt., MI; sister and
brother-in-law,
Orville (LaVilla) Joslin of Florida. Mr.
Fellion
was preceded in death by two grandsons, Kerry and Larry Fellion. Relatives and friends are asked to MEET AT
ST. PAUL THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH on
Wednesday,
August 7. For the 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. William E. Cox. Interment will be at West Lawn Memorial Park.
EMMA FELLION OBITUARY
Mrs. Fellion passed away in Lincoln Village Convalescent Center on Tuesday, September 12, 1995, at the age of 86. She was born in Stephenson, Mich. On March 10, 1909, to the late Henry and Louise (nee: Turcotte) LaPointe, but had been a resident of Racine for most of her life. In 1928 she was united in marriage with Harley A. Fellion, who preceded her in death on August 4, 1985. Mrs. Fellion was employed for many years by Insinkerator and also worked with her husband at Harley’s Auto Body Shop. She was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Mrs. Fellion is survived her sons, Harley I. (Dona) Fellion of Union Grove, Wis., Roland R. Fellion, and Alfred G. (Pat) Fellion, both of Racine. She is further survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; her sister Eva Brown of Oregon, and her sister-in-law, Lucille LaPointe of Racine. Also surviving are many special nieces and nephews. Mrs. Fellion was also preceded in death by her grandchildren, Kerry, Larry, and Ronald Fellion and by her brothers, Leo, Alfred, Albert, and Emil LaPointe. FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED TO MEET on Thursday (TODAY), September 14, 1995, at 10 a.m. in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home for her funeral service with Rev. Jeffrey M. Thielen officiating. Burial will follow in West Lawn Memorial Park.
